Join us for a presentation and discussion led by two principals from David Baker Architects (DBA). Katie Ackerly, AIA, and Pedram Farashbandi, AIA, will explore the design principles outlined in the firm’s recently published book, 9 Ways to Make Housing for People. Drawing on examples from the DBA portfolio, our speakers will share how the firm has approached affordable and market-rate housing design and the development of spaces that engage and support thriving communities. At a time when our cities and communities continue to be deeply affected by housing shortages, these strategies offer a thoughtful, innovative approach to cost-effective and sustainable solutions that can help address the need for quality housing for all.

Bonus: We are raffling off two (2) copies of the book! Those who register and attend will automatically be entered into a raffle to win a copy of the book.
