The American Institute of Architects, San Mateo County, is honored to recognize the winners of our 2016 Design Awards.
An awards event was held on November 3rd at the headquarters of Dome Construction, in South San Francisco. The awarded projects were chosen by a distinguished panel of Architects: Hans Baldauf, FAIA, of BCV Architects, David Darling, AIA, of Aidlin Darling Design, and Carolyn Kiernat, AIA, of Page & Turnbull. Jurors noted the wide range of style and scope between the projects, but all winners shared a clear, strong concept, excellent sensitivity to their site, and skillful execution.
