Ticket pricing for AIA San Mateo events varies and is subject to change without notice.
Discounted member tickets
Individual AIA San Mateo members in active standing and corporate members of the AIA San Mateo Patron Program are eligible for discounted member tickets when applicable.
Tickets labeled “AIA Member” are exclusive to these members. Your AIA member number must be provided when purchasing tickets. Member tickets purchased by nonmembers will result in immediate ticket cancelation.
AIA San Mateo reserves the right to deny all transactions.
Refund policy and event cancelations
Refund eligibility period
For paid AIA San Mateo events, registrants’ cancelation requests received:
- 8 or more days before event: full refund
- 5-7 days before event: 50% refund
- Within 48 hours of event: no refund
- After event has passed: no refund
Request a refund
Cancellation requests must be submitted by the registrant using the contact form or at the email provided in the event confirmation. Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. These policies apply to all paid AIA San Mateo events unless otherwise noted on the event registration page.
Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed due to various reasons. Refunds are automatically issued for canceled events or transferred to the future event date if rescheduled. The refund eligibility period applies to rescheduled events.
AIA San Mateo reserves the right to cancel an event registration for any reason.
Media consent policy
Registration for and/or participation in AIA San Mateo events constitutes an agreement by the registrant and/or attendee(s) to AIA San Mateo’s use and distribution of parties’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such meetings and activities. If you do not consent, please submit a notice to AIA San Mateo.
