The Hard Hat Café Site Tour is a bi-monthly series to watch the progressive development of a project currently under construction.
Join us for an exclusive look at the renovation of a historic project under construction. Originally owned by the founders of Black Mountain Water Company in 1932, the property includes some remnants of the operations to deliver water to the community. Come hear about the methods and strategies to preserve the historical significance and charm of the property, and the thoughtful design additions and measures taken to make this a safe and functional home for a contemporary family.
