Please join us with the Cote Committee for a short morning hike at the Ravenswood Open Space Preserve.
Located just south of the Dumbarton Bridge, and part of the San Francisco Bay Trail, enjoy an easy 2.9-mile total length hike connecting Cooley Landing to the marshland’s north observation platform. [trail map]
Meeting point at Cooley Landing Park in the City of East Palo Alto. Home of the Cooley Landing Education Center, a composite laminated timber structure completed in 2016. [fog studio]
Starting at 9am, the hike should be a little more than 2-hours. Feel free to stay longer, by trekking further north on 3.3-mile Ravenswood Trail or further south to the Lucy Evans Baylands Nature Preserve in the City of Palo Alto.
Spring hiking attire: layer athletic clothing, backpack and sturdy shoes, hat & sunscreen.
Bring your own water and snacks
