The California Architectural Foundation (CAF) invites members to join the California Architectural Practice Experience (capX) program Firm Meet-Up centering on how to engage and manage interns and job shadows.

Panelists:
Wendy Rogers, AIA – CEO and Chief Talent Officer, LPA Inc.
Lee Salin, FAIA – Managing Principal and Kate Revard, AIA – Associate Principal, ABA, Inc.
William Leddy, FAIA – Principal and Cicily Ng, AIA – Associate, Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects

Program Design | Panelists will provide a brief overview of their current internship program and keys to its success.
Smart Engagement | Learn practical organization strategies for managing and providing exposure to different roles or areas within a firm.

The Business Case | Panelists will discuss their view on the return on investment (ROI) for hosting interns or job shadows, and the impact on pipeline development, recruitment and office culture.
