We were honored to host AIA National and AIACA leadership for a high-impact roundtable focused on the challenges and opportunities facing architects today. Topics ranged from elevating the architectural profession to maximizing the value our local chapters receive from AIA membership. We discussed integrating AI-driven productivity, advocating for professional degree recognition, and creating accessible leadership roles for emerging professionals. Through these discussions and the actions being taken at the local, state, and national level within the profession, we are ensuring that while technology evolves, the irreplaceable human impact of our work remains at the forefront of our communities.
