// AIA California, Working for You

Hello,

Being part of AIA means plugging into a powerful network of architects who share your values, amplify your voice, and push each other to design a better future. We know AIA members participate for various reasons, but the opportunity to gather together, and tap into the collective energy and shared purpose at the national AIA Conference on Architecture in San Diego June 10-13 is tremendous!

While you may be interested in attending in concept, we know times are uncertain and funds are limited.

To make it just a little bit easier, we have negotiated some special pricing available for your firm or group. Building on the success of a group pricing model we started at AIA23 in San Francisco, we have again secured discounts to allow you to utilize this as a team building opportunity for your office; I heard from many firms last time, this model enabled many to bring their team for a very rewarding experience.

Here’s the deal. If you bring…

• 10–14 attendees → 20% off
• 15–19 attendees → 30% off
• 20+ attendees → 40% off!

AND A BONUS IF YOU’RE A SMALL FIRM!: To make this special pricing an option for small firms, we’ve asked National to recognize the combining of attendance from smaller firms to access a group discount.

So, pull together colleagues in your city, chapter or practice area, and form a “group”—then use the discount.

We want to make this opportunity available to as many as possible—it is up to you to define your group!

AIA California is also hosting gatherings onsite. Many firms in California are structuring this as leadership and emerging professional cohort experienceso think about bringing some staff who usually wouldn’t attend to be inspired by the profession! Or if you’re an emerging professional – use this message to reach out to your leadership team and offer to coordinate a group!

To make the registration process easy, AIA is using a “concierge model,” offering personal attention to discuss pricing options based on your anticipated group size and to support registration coordination – just drop me a note if you’re interested! I can be reached at [email protected] or (916) 448-9082.

Have questions?? (or want someone else on your team to figure this out)?
We’re hosting a short (15 min) meeting to discuss these discount options and answer any questions – Friday, April 24 at 10amClick Here to Register

By securing special discounts for firms and groups to attend AIA26, AIA California is breaking down barriers to access, making it easier for more members to connect, learn, and lead together—real, tangible proof that AIA California is Working for You.
