AIA San Mateo County’s recent panel event, 6/24/26, “The Secret Sauce: What Makes Family Businesses Sizzle,” was an absolute home run! We had a fantastic turnout of both AIA members and non-members who gathered for an incredibly vibrant evening of networking and community connection. The food was excellent, setting the perfect stage for our incredible panel of industry leaders and our exceptional moderator, who engaged the crowd in a deeply thoughtful, transparent, and inspiring discussion on navigating generational leadership, honoring company legacies, and balancing family dynamics in professional practice.
